This item is eligible for Return, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. for Refund Customer need to send item in its original condition

Refund Payment Policy

It will take 5-7 days from we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return. for Refund Customer need to send item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.( Payment will be deducted if the box is not in the condition we sent it )( Any company’s discreet product will be open boxed and will not be in its sent condition, then it will not be eligible for return)

Refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account / as Google Pay / Phone pay / Other (in case of Pay on Delivery orders). 250 Rs courier charges deductible on return product ( If the internal battery swells due to overcharging, it will be counted as zero )

Return pick-up

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

For few products, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician’s evaluation report, we will provide resolution.
